Here at Abbeydale gym, we are all about our members. First opening in 1934 our gym was smaller to being with. Now expanded to over two floors, with the addition of our strength and conditioning suite, we have a full range of various pieces of equipment to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

In our strength suite you’ll find our adjustable squat rack with various weighted plates (including bumper plates) and barbells, including a Trap (Hex) bar. Also in the S&C suite, you’ll find our SYNRGY 360 rig which comes full of extra tools such as our dual pulley cable machine, battle ropes, full Kettlebell range, TRX suspension straps, Jordan plyo boxes, Boxing bag and MUCH MORE!
Our MYO dumbbells range is located upstairs along with a smith machine, adjustable benches and barbells.
Sounds great! What happens when I join?...
We will get your paperwork sorted and booked in for an induction. On your induction we will run through all the necessary health and safety points and take you through the use of the equipment.
After your induction, you are able to use the club straight away so make sure to bring you training clothing, a towel and water bottle. Lockers are available on both floors for you to securely stow any belongings.
As part of your membership you are entitled to a complimentary programme with one of the fitness team members and a follow up too. The perfect start to get you going!
